Examination And Tests


Terminal examination are held thrice a year in September, December and April, and report sheets are sent to parents. Besides, periodical tests, mid-term test and projects are given in all subjects and report sent to parents regarding the progress of the pupils. A minimum of 50% is required for a pass in every subject. However, for pupils of Std. IV-XII, a pass in General Knowledge Test, with 50% of marks, is also essential to qualify for the Honour Roll, Computer Science id offered as a Life Oriented Education. It is a compulsory subject for promotion and rank. Parents are requested to examine the report carefully and return them with their signature on the due date. Every test should be signed by the parent. Annual Examination marks will not be sent. The result will be displayed on the Notice Board or Sent by post.


Pupils absent from examinations without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. Pupils absent from any examination for any reason whatsoever will note be re-examined. The marks obtained in the Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual Examinations will be considered for promotion.

No pupils who fails for two years in succession will be kept in the school.

Extra coaching classes are conducted free of cost, for slow learners.


Children are encouraged to avail of the facility of the school bus as it is safe. Bus transport facility is provided by the school for the students. A number of pick-up points are determined by the school authorities for the convenience of the parents.

Transportation fee will be refunded if any student withdraws in the middle of the year.
